Colibrí Finances acts as a real estate credit intermediary registered with the Bank of Spain under no. E480, in accordance with Spanish Law 5/2019 of 15 March on real estate credit agreements.

2. Nature of the service

The advice and the financing study offered by Colibrí Finances are free of charge and without obligation for the client. Fees are only payable if the client voluntarily decides to sign the arranged transaction, on the terms communicated in advance, clearly and in writing.

Scope: we arrange mortgages granted by Spanish banks and secured on property located in Spain. We do not arrange regulated mortgage contracts secured on land in the United Kingdom, and we do not carry on regulated activity in the United Kingdom or in Germany. Any mortgage is subject to the lender's assessment of your application.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and does not require registration. Users undertake to make lawful use of the site and its contents. The information published is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer; the final terms of each transaction depend on the individual study and on the lending institution.
